Welcome to MakeupProLab.online (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and the purchase of our digital products, including the "Professional Makeup Artistry Masterclass" PDF guide, bonuses, personalized certificate, and any associated materials (collectively, the "Product").

By accessing the Site, purchasing the Product, or using any part of it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase the Product.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use the Product. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Digital Product and Delivery

The Product is a digital download (PDF files, editable templates, etc.) delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive access via email or download link. Lifetime access is provided, but we may update content at our discretion without notice.

3. Master Resell Rights (MRR)

The Product includes Master Resell Rights (MRR), meaning you may resell the Product as-is (or with permitted modifications per the original license you received) and pass MRR to your buyers, keeping 100% of profits. However:

  • You must comply with all original license terms provided to you (e.g., no prohibited uses, no claiming original creation if unmodified).
  • We are not responsible for how you resell or for any disputes between you and your customers.
  • MRR does not grant you ownership of the underlying intellectual property — only resale rights as specified.

4. Intellectual Property

The Product and Site content (text, graphics, certificate template, etc.) are owned by MakeupProLab or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use and resell per the MRR terms above. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works beyond what MRR allows.
  • Remove copyright notices or claim the content as your original creation (unless fully rebranded per PLR rules if applicable).
  • Use the Product for illegal, harmful, or infringing purposes.

5. Purchases and Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You are responsible for any taxes or fees. Prices and availability may change without notice.

6. Refund Policy

Refer to our separate Refund Policy. In summary: Due to the instant digital delivery, all sales are final with no refunds except in rare cases (technical issues reported within 48 hours, etc.).

7. Disclaimers and No Guarantees

The Product is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not an accredited certification program, professional training, or substitute for formal education. The "certificate" is a digital template for personal/portfolio use only and holds no official recognition.

We do not guarantee any results (e.g., income from reselling, becoming a professional makeup artist, or sales success). Results depend on your effort, market, and other factors.

The Site and Product are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeupProLab and its owners/operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Product, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Product, your resale activities, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site/Product at any time for violation of these Terms or at our discretion. Upon termination, your license ends, but any valid resales you made prior remain unaffected per MRR rules.
