All products sold on MakeupProLab.online are digital downloads (PDF files, editable templates, personalized certificates, bonuses, etc.) delivered instantly upon successful payment.

Due to the immediate and non-tangible nature of digital products:

• Once the payment is processed and the download link/access is provided, all sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

This policy applies because:

• Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or "taken back" once accessed or downloaded.
• Buyers receive lifetime access, full ownership, and Master Resell Rights (MRR) where stated, with the ability to copy, modify, or resell the content immediately.

Exceptions (at our sole discretion):

We may consider a refund ONLY in these rare cases:

• Technical issue preventing access to the product (e.g., broken download link) reported within 48 hours of purchase.
• Material discrepancy in the product description (significant mismatch from what was advertised).

To request an exception, contact us at support@makeupprolab.online with proof within 7 days of purchase. Requests for "change of mind," dissatisfaction with content, inability to resell profitably, or similar reasons will not be accepted.
